轉達註冊組關於境外生（外籍生、僑生、陸生）之重要規定更新，請務必留意：

1. 休、退學需上傳「離境切結書」 即日起，境外生申請休學或退學時，必須於電子表單系統中上傳「離境切結書 (NTHU Affidavit for Departure upon Leave of Absence or Withdrawal of Overseas Students)」(如附件)。

該表格已可於註冊組中、英文網頁下載。

例外情形： 新加坡境外專班學生若「未進入台灣」，申請休退學時不須檢附此切結書。

2. 114 下學期最晚抵台註冊日 自 114 學年度下學期起，境外生若未於最晚註冊日 115 年 4 月 2 日 (2026/04/02) 前抵台，移民署系統將自動將報到狀態標記為「放棄入學」，請務必留意入境時程。

Dear Students,

We are writing to convey important updates from the Division of Registration regarding Overseas Students (International students, Overseas Chinese students, and Mainland Chinese students). Please review the following changes carefully:

1. "Affidavit for Departure" Required for Suspension or Withdrawal Effective immediately, Overseas Students applying for suspension or withdrawal of studies must upload the "NTHU Affidavit for Departure upon Leave of Absence or Withdrawal of Overseas Students" (see attachment) to the eForm system.

This form is available for download on the Division of Registration's website.

Exception: Students in the Singapore Special Program who have not entered Taiwan are exempt from uploading this affidavit when applying for suspension or withdrawal.

2. Deadline for Arrival in Taiwan (Spring Semester 2026) Starting from the 2nd Semester of the 114th Academic Year, if Overseas Students do not arrive in Taiwan by the latest registration date, April 2, 2026, the National Immigration Agency's system will automatically mark your status as "Admission Forfeited." Please ensure you arrange your travel and entry accordingly.
