＊提醒！各學年入學者均須通過學程學位考試資格初審始能進行學位考試

第一梯次申請作業(115.3.16起 - 114.3.20止)

▶繳交資料：

(1)跨院國際博士班學位學程學位考試資格檢核暨申請表(指導教授要簽名)

(2)博士候選人申請表(如已申請過可免繳。欲申請者請繳歷年成績單）: 
    請螢光標示-
    a. 一般組書報討論、英文課程
    b. 科藝組書報討論、規定科號課程
    c. 教育組書報討論、抵免英檢的英語課或註明畢業期刊外之英語期刊發表
    d. 人文組若有修英語課程請標示
    e. 智慧製造組書報討論
    f. 人工智慧組書報討論、資格考核科目
    g. 醫學組書報討論

(3)歷年課程選修確認單(指導教授要簽名)

(4)個人學經歷簡表(含著作目錄：註明SCI、SSCI、A&HCI、impact factor, Q1-Q4 Ranking)

(5)已發表之期刊論文

(6)歷年成績單(請螢光標示書報討論-人文組不用、一般組另再螢光標示英文課程 )

(7)原創性研究成果說明(3頁以內)

(8)學術研究倫理課程證明

(9)初試委員名單由學程擬定。通過初審後可進行學位考試，考試委員5-9人，校外委員至少三分之一以上，經系所及註冊組審核通過後始得辦理。

＊辦公室將另行通知審查會議時間、地點，請準備8-10分鐘ppt向委員說明個人研究成果及學術貢獻。

 

The preliminary application for Ph.D. degree Examination (2025 Fall)

▶Applicants: Applying for Dissertation Defense in the Fall semester in 2025 academic year or after

＊Reminder! All students must undergo the preliminary application then they can take the degree examination application.

First batch application: March 16–20, 2026

Second batch application: May 11–15, 2026

▶Required materials:

＊Please kindly provide Electronic files as individual files and not as a compressed (zip) package.

(1) The preliminary application for Ph.D. degree Examination (must be signed by your advisor)

(2) Ph.D. Candidate Application Form

(3) Course Confirmation Form for All Semesters (must be signed by your advisor)

(4) CV or Resume (including the list of writings, SCI、SSCI、A&HCI、impact factor, Q1-Q4 Ranking)

(5) Published journal papers

(6) Official transcript (Please highlight Seminar courses ; for students in the General Section, additionally highlight English-taught courses.)

(7) Originality of the Ph.D thesis (described within three pages)

(8) Certificate of Completion for Academic Research Ethics Course

(9) The list of preliminary examination committee members is determined by the program. After passing the preliminary review, students may proceed to the degree examination, which shall be conducted by 5 to 9 committee members. At least one-third of the committee members must be from outside the university. The examination can only be held after approval by both the department/program and the Registration Division.

＊Iphd office will announce the meeting date, time, and place. Applicants must provide ppt for 8-10 minutes and introduce their research and to contribution the committee.
