Dear Students,
Information regarding the borrowing of academic gowns for the 114th Academic Year (Class of 2026) graduates has been released. Graduates who wish to borrow a gown, please refer to the information below and the Property Management Division website.

114學年度學位袍服借用詳細資訊:
一、團體借用流程
1.申請：3/10(二)至3/20(五)
2.繳費：3/30(一)至4/01(三)
(1)校本部：13:00至17:00，至「水木生活中心一樓洗衣部」繳費
(2)南大校區：09:30至15:00，至「南大校區行政大樓一樓出納組」繳費
*注意:費用請交給班級負責人統一繳款，未繳費者視同不借用。
3.領用：4/20(一)至4/22(三)
地點：校本部學位袍服庫房（第二綜合大樓 A
棟地下室-藝術中心樓下）
*請依附表一所列時間，由班級負責人持繳費收據統一領取。
＜重要＞若未於團體借用期間申請者，可於
5/28、5/29直接至庫房辦理逾期借用，除繳交使用及清洗費外，另須繳納逾期借用手續費50元。
二、使用與清洗費：學士服 100 元／碩士服200元／博士服700 元（已離校生另繳押金）
三、歸還日期與地點
(1)畢業典禮當日（5/30）：12:00至18:00，歸還至「水木生活中心一樓洗衣部」
(2)畢業典禮後 6/1至7/20（週一至週五
13:00至17:00），歸還至「水木生活中心一樓洗衣部」
(3)逾期歸還（7/21起）每逾一日罰金 50
元（例假日不計），學士服上限 1,500 元、碩士服上限
3,000 元、博士服上限 10,000 元。
四、注意事項
(1)每人限借一次，請勿替他人借用。
(2)袍服（帽子、長袍、披肩）請妥善保管，遺失或損壞須負賠償責任。

March 10 (Tue) to March 20 (Fri)
March 30 (Mon) to April 1 (Wed)
(1) Main Campus: 13:00–17:00, pay at the “Laundry Service” on the 1st Floor of the Shui-Mu Life Center.
(2) Nanda Campus: 09:30–15:00, pay at the “Cashier Division” on the 1st Floor of the Administration Building, Nanda Campus.
Note: Fees must be collected and paid collectively by the class representative. Those who fail to pay will be considered as not borrowing the gown.
April 20 (Mon) to April 22 (Wed)
Location: Academic Gown Storage Room, Main Campus (Basement of Building A, Second General Building – below the Arts Center).
Please follow the schedule listed in Appendix 1. The class representative must present the payment receipt to collect the gowns collectively.
Important: Those who fail to apply during the group borrowing period may apply for late borrowing directly at the storage room on May 28 or May 29. In addition to the usage and cleaning fees, a late processing fee of NT$50 will be charged.
Bachelor’s gown: NT$100
Master’s gown: NT$200
Doctoral gown: NT$700
(Graduates who have already left the university must also pay a deposit.
III. Return Dates and Location
On the day of the graduation ceremony (May 30):
12:00–18:00, return to the “Laundry Service” on the 1st Floor of the Shui-Mu Life Center.
After the graduation ceremony (June 1 to July 20, Monday to Friday, 13:00–17:00):
Return to the “Laundry Service” on the 1st Floor of the Shui-Mu Life Center.
Late return (starting July 21):
A fine of NT$50 per day (weekends and holidays excluded).
Maximum fine:
Bachelor’s gown: NT$1,500
Master’s gown: NT$3,000
Doctoral gown: NT$10,000
IV. Important Notes
Each person may borrow only once. Please do not borrow on behalf of others.
Please take good care of the gown set (cap, gown, hood/stole). Compensation is required for loss or damage.
