各位同學：

本學年度【學位論文】配合博碩士學位考試細則修正，圖書館自4/22起實施學位論文授權作業新機制，
若畢業論文要延後公開，務必在口試時即由口試委員確認：
一、口試前完成開放授權：學生於「研究生學位考試登錄系統」申請考試時，須同步至「博碩士論文庫」完成論文授權、設定公開日期；若需延後公開，請上傳相關佐證文件。
二、口試現場審核簽署：完成設定後，學生須列印「論文延後公開申請書」及佐證文件攜至考試現場，由全體學位考試委員審核並簽名。

Dear All

The Library has updated the "National Tsing Hua University Regulations for the Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation." The new operational workflow will be implemented on April 22, 2026.

Key Changes to the Workflow:
1. Authorization Prior to Oral Defense: When applying for the degree examination via the " Graduate Degree Exam on Academic Info System," students must simultaneously complete the authorization and set the publication date in the " NTHU Dissertations & Theses Repository. " If an embargo is required, supporting documents must be uploaded at this stage.
2. On-site Review and Signing: After completing the online setup, students must print the "Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation" and bring it along with supporting documents to the defense. The application must be reviewed and signed by all members of the Degree Examination Committee.
