New international students must fulfill the requirement of "actual entry into the country and completion of on-campus registration/enrollment." Furthermore, according to the regulations, at the time of registration:
Those who enroll before one-third of the first semester of the academic year has passed may enter in that semester.
Those who enroll after one-third of the first semester of the academic year has passed shall register and enter in the second semester or the following academic year.
