Registration Guidelines for Returning Students

  1. Students must pay all fees within the prescribed time limit. Those who are overdue for more than two weeks and have not applied for suspension will be subject to withdrawal from the university: (Please refer to the start date of classes as stipulated in the university calendar) According to Article 10 of the University Academic Regulations: Students should pay all required fees on or before the start date of classes as stipulated in the university calendar. Registration is considered complete once the payment is finalized. Students who fail to complete registration within five days after the start of classes must apply for delayed registration. In principle, delayed registration is limited to two weeks after the start of classes (inclusive). Those who fail to complete registration by the deadline shall be withdrawn from the university, except for special cases approved through a special project request. For special project applications for deferred payment, please contact the Division of General Academic Affairs.

  2. Students with dual enrollment without prior consent will be withdrawn from the university once discovered: In the event of dual enrollment, according to Article 37 of the Academic Regulations, students must submit an application to their respective department or degree program before the start of classes of the semester in which the dual enrollment occurs. Dual enrollment status is only granted upon approval. The review criteria for dual enrollment are determined by each department or degree program. Please refer to the Dual Enrollment Application Form for the application form and detailed process.
