Q:論文庫系統口試委員帶不出來處理方式的為何？

論文庫中步驟一： 研究生確認學位資料，口試委員資料沒有帶出來，有缺漏，處理方式如下：
1.學生於校務資訊系統建立該位口試委員的中英文姓名(沒中文姓名就打英文姓名)、職稱、中英文學歷、中英文經歷、E-Mail
2.學生完成後通知所辦已完成以上步驟並同時告知上述資訊。
3.研究生重新登入研究生學位考試平台，先將原先登錄之初任口試委員刪除，再重新新增口試委員名單，並點選該名初任口試委員。
完成後，請於步驟一點選【存檔】，再點選步驟二進入博碩士論文庫系統，即可帶入完整的口試委員名單。

Issue Description:
During Step 1 (Verify Degree Information) in the Thesis System, the student finds that the oral examination committee members' data is missing, incomplete, or cannot be automatically retrieved. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Student's Action (Data Entry):
The student must log in to the Academic Information System and manually establish the committee member's profile by entering their: Full Name in both Chinese and English (if no Chinese name is available, enter the English name for both), Job Title, Highest Degree (in Chinese & English), Professional Experience (in Chinese & English), and E-mail.

2. Student's Action (Notification):
Once completed, the student must notify the Department Office that the above step is finished and provide the office with the aforementioned information at the same time.

3. Student's Action (System Update):
The graduate student needs to re-log in to the Graduate Degree Exam Registration System. First, delete the previously entered "first-time committee member" from the list, and then re-add them by selecting their newly updated profile.

After completing these steps, click [Save] in Step 1, and then proceed to Step 2 to enter the  Thesis System. The complete and updated list of committee members will now be successfully retrieved and displayed.
