National Tsing Hua University International Intercollegiate Ph.D. Program (iPHD) “Smart Manufacturing and Digital Decision Division” integrates Artificial Intelligence for Intelligent Manufacturing Systems (AIMS) Research Center, MOST, AIMS Fellows and other on-campus and off-campus resources to train talented people for smart manufacturing, smart decision, digital transformation and leadership.
