Q: How can I check if a journal is indexed in SCI or SSCI?
A1: Method 1 (Via Journal Citation Reports) Please visit the Web of Science website (https://www.webofknowledge.com), go to Journal Citation Reports, and select Browse by Category. You can then browse the sub-collections within each field to find the results. (See the image below)

A2: Method 2 (Direct Search) Please visit the Web of Science website (https://www.webofknowledge.com). Under More Settings, select Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED) -- 1900-present and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) -- 1900-present. Set the search field to Publication Name, enter the name of the journal, and start the search to see if it is indexed. (See the image below)
