Graduate Students to Attend International Conference Subsidy

NSTC requires the application institution to submit applications no later than the first day of the month preceding the conference month. If this day falls on a holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day. Late applications will not be accepted.

(Due to internal procedures, applicants must upload and submit their application documents on the NSTC website by 5:00 PM on the last working day before the application institution's submission deadline to facilitate the OGA in compiling and submitting all applications to NSTC. Late applications will not be accepted.)

For example: For a conference in August, NSTC requires the application institution to submit the application online to NSTC by Monday, July 1. Students must upload and submit their application documents on the NSTC website by 5:00 PM on Friday, June 28 (the last working day before the deadline).
