Q:Regulations on Suspension, Withdrawal, and Tuition Refunds

Those who apply for suspension or voluntary withdrawal after the registration date must complete the payment of tuition and credit fees (including those with student loans) before they can proceed with the suspension or withdrawal process. Please go to the Academic Information System to download the payment receipt and upload it to the form system; applications for suspension or withdrawal without this document will not be accepted. For those who have already paid tuition and fees, a 1/3 refund will be processed.

A Certificate of Suspension will be issued after the suspension process is completed. For those who withdraw, please proactively apply for a "Certificate of Enrollment/Study" from the Division of Registration.
