The application for the 2026 Fall / 2027 Spring Overseas Exchange Program (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) has been announced on the website of the Office of Global Affairs (OGA):

The IPHD office deadline for document submission is before 17:00 on Friday, October 3, 2025.

Please read the OGA announcement carefully and submit all required hardcopy documents and attachments to the IPHD office in accordance with the instructions stated in the OGA announcement. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Phase one(Department-Level Application):
(1) Application documents: Visit the Office of Global Affairs' Exchange Program (visiting) webpage to download the [National Tsing Hua University Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Overseas Exchange Application Form]. Fill out and submit the form along with all relevant documents. (The form should be typed, not handwritten.).
(2) Online application form: Login to the overseas exchange student application system. Fill out and submit the application (not including order of priority). Once submitted, print out the online application onto A4 papers.
(3) Submit your online application printout and application documents to IPHD office before the 5:00 p.m. deadline.
